Learning to move

Learning to move

Learning to move will be my first blog series.
After finishing my first long-form post, I wanted to begin something different. A set of shorter reflections that explore movement in all its shapes: physical, mental, and emotional.

We tend to think of movement as something simple. Walking, for example, feels almost too mundane to write about. And yet, if you pay attention, it’s incredibly complex — even though we’re surrounded by modern conveniences that make it feel effortless: roads, lighting, stairs, mobility aids, and many other tools for moving through the world.
That’s why the first entry in this series is dedicated to one of the most fundamental forms of movement: walking.

In the coming months, I’ll explore different types of movement:
• how we grow personally,
• how we explore physical movement, like walking, swimming or climbing,
• how we navigate complex social systems,
• and how we move within ourselves — through thoughts, the subconscious, and feelings.

I don’t know exactly where this journey will lead.
But I hope it becomes something a bit weird, a bit fun, and maybe even unexpectedly meaningful — for all of us who decide to walk a few steps of this path together 😁.
